Disposition:
Ambition: One of the first things one notices about Yen is her ambition and through it her determination to get what she wants. Every time she's denied something she refuses to sit and accept it- from wanting the court position in Aedirn to wanting to regain her fertility. She will put herself through huge amounts of pain if she thinks it will achieve what she wants, and she care's little for how it will affect her. She does however show some minor care for others who may get pulled into her chaos, noted when she tells Geralt to leave instead of saving her when she tries to contain a djinn.
Manipulative: She's also very secretive and manipulative. She never really tells anyone her full plan, instead only ever giving them the snippets she thinks they need to know. She will tell others what she thinks they want to hear to get what she wants and out right lie if she thinks it's needed. Yen understands better than most the power than comes with beauty, and will use her sexuality, or the feelings others have for her to get what she wants.
Independent: Yen is very insistent that she can always do everything by herself, and that she never needs assistance from others. She also grows bitter over the idea that anyone has control over her, or that they can take choices for her. She wants to be powerful on her own terms, no one else's.
Emotional: Above all, Yen is emotional. The most commonly seen one is anger of course, Yen's temper quick and sharp. She has a tendency to bite back before anyone can be cruel to her first, and typically keeps others at a distance, refusing to acknowledge what they mean to her. She has after all been shown time and time again that love can mean nothing in the scheme of things.
That said she has a lot of love that she hides, caring about her teacher Tissaia and her friends in Aretuza. Istredd telling the council of her heritage hurts her deeply showing she did care for him and finding out Geralt wished to bind her to him shatters her. She wants deeply to be loved, to be important to someone and it's part of what drives her desire for a child- a child would be someone who would love her unconditionally she thinks, and could be a real source of a legacy for her.
Suitability: Yen has the benefit of having gone through a lot in her life, which has given her lots of different experiences. While she wouldn't be happy to be in Noctium, she has learnt some sort of patience now and wouldn't be the type to immediately go ripping things apart. Instead she'll bide her time and play along, gaining all the manna and information she can. She will of course will want to go home, but she's not 100% willing to die for that.
In regards to powers, Yen's a sorceress and has learn magic from the age of 14. She's familiar with the concept of give and take, and that you cannot use magic without taking the energy from something else. Sex being a fuel for magic won't be an issue for her, though she'll likely approach things from a more clinical way and do her best to refuse emotional connections where possible. She'll struggle more with simpler forms of achieving Synchronoy, but will certainly give hand holding a shot if it gives her a boost (Not realising of course that emotionally connections can have such a huge part in it too)
Again, transformation is something Yennefer is somewhat familiar wife. Her world contains dragons who have human forms and werewolves. Monstrous transformation isn't something she's experienced firsthand, but she has undergone physical ones of her own as part of her initiation.
Condition upon arrival: Alive but injured. She's got a minor head wound, taken a blade to the side, fallen off a building and used a lot of magical energy in battle.
Abilities: Yennefer is a world renowned sorceress, originally serving as a court mage before she turned her back and went her own way. She's capable of many things, from lifting rocks to absorbing a massive fire and letting it flood the other side of the battlefield. Some more specific abilities include:
-Portals: She can create portals to other locations, though creating them repeatedly can be very draining- she creates 4 in very short succession and collapses briefly from the amount of energy it takes (she does however manage to create 2 more in a row though that likely drains her completely)
-Mind control: She charms an entire town into participating in an orgy, though when Geralt comes in she notes that he is harder to control. She does however entrap him in another spell.
-Healing: While it's not her main forte she was able to heal Jaskier's throat from the djinn attack and notes that he'll be completely fine, singing voice and all.
-Telepathy: Yen is both able to read minds and communicate via telepathy
-Swordsmanship: She's shown being able to fight with swords, dual wielding with a dagger and sword. Likely learnt this in her court years
Aside from that, Yennefer is functionally immortal in that her body doesn't age but she can be killed.
Inventory: As she's coming from battle Yen won't have much on her. Just her dress and her necklace and 1x small dagger
Gembond: Amethyst
Gem Location: Upper back, right between the shoulder blades. Raw geode in an oval shape
